Francine, who will be awarded her masters degree with distinction later this month, looked into servant leadership as part of the corporate philosiphies of companies on the Johanessburg and New York stock exchanges.

The outcome of Francine's study showed that companies listed on the JSE, on average, showed 5 of the 10 principles, while companies on the NYSE had seven.  Some of the companies she focused on included, MTN and Woolworthes Holdings on the JSE and Coca Cola and Wal-Mart on the NYSE.

Congratulations to Francine on the excellent work she has achieved.  Prof. Miemie Struwig believes that Francine has exceled as a student and she is greatful to have her as a staff member in the school of Management Sciences.
