The second edition of the textbook entitled: Relationship Marketing and Customer Relationship Management, has been published early in January 2015. Professor Madele Tait is the co-editor of this textbook. A number of universities are prescribing the textbook. The textbook is also used in Sweden, where her co-editor lives.
