Dr Casper Kruger, newly appointed managing director for Ford’s sub-Saharan region, was invited as guest speaker. He addressed the topic, “Building Brands in a Changing World”. He also spoke about Ford Motor Company’s approach to win back their customers’ loyalty in light of the Kuga crisis.
