They will be liaising with various lecturers within the department. Todd with Paul Tai Hing, Miemie Struwig and Elmarie Venter, whilst Victoria will be working with Madele Tait and Marle van Eyk.
Todd Davey is an invited lecturer in innovation and entrepreneurship at Munster University of Applied Sciences, Germany; Vrije Universiteit, Holland; and Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, South Africa. He also leads the Science to Business Marketing Research Centre’s European project commitments. Todd is a PhD candidate and is also the Managing Director at Apprimo, a strategic consultancy dedicated to University-Business Cooperation. Prior to the Munster University of Applied Sciences, he was Senior Manager at Deloitte Australia in the Technology Commercialisation Group.
Victoria Galan Muros is a researcher and assistant lecturer in the Business School of the University of Granada, Spain and a research associate with the Business-to-Business Marketing Centre. With a background in Business Management (BA, University of Granada) and Marketing (BS, University of Granada) and a specialisation in Social Research Methods (MSc, London School of Economics), she has academic and research experience in six different universities and is currently undertaking her PhD in University-Business Collaboration.
They are visiting South Africa to engage in knowledge exchange, provide some lectures and discuss potential research whilst also experiencing the South African lifestyle.
