Dr Marlé van Eyk and Ms Tania Shrosbree, 2 lecturers from the Department of Marketing Management, have been awarded the prestigious Knowledge Interchange and Collaboration (KIC) Travel Grant from the NRF.

The KIC programme has been established to achieve the following objectives:

*  Internationalise research        

*  Enhance networking within the science system

*  Foster collaboration in order to improve the quality of research outputs by researchers.

Dr van Eyk and Ms Shrosbree were awarded this travel grant to present reseach papers at the International Journal of Arts and Sciences Conference to be held in Munich, Germany from 23 - 26 June 2013.
